FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do the online classes work?
Each class is a live 30-minute video call between your Qari and one student. You need a phone, tablet or laptop with internet. We agree the app (for example Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp video) when you book.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. You get 3 days of classes free, with no payment and no card details. If you continue, you choose a plan after the trial.
What times are classes available?
Timings are flexible, every day. We teach students in UK, US, Canadian and Saudi time zones, so after school, after work and weekend slots are all possible. Tell us your preferred time when you book.
What age can my child start?
Children can start Qaida once they can sit and focus for a 30-minute lesson, usually from around 4 to 5 years old. Adults of any age are welcome.
Do you have female teachers?
No. All classes are taught by our two male Qaris. Parents are welcome to sit with their children during class.
How do I pay the fees?
Fees are paid monthly by bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account (IBAN). We send the account details on WhatsApp once you choose a plan.
Will my child have the same teacher every class?
Yes. Each student is taught by one Qari at a fixed time, so the teacher knows exactly where the student is and what to work on next.
